Because pastry has its own characteristics and requires to be handled in various ways to produce the desired effect, we have made every, `single item adjustable along the length of the conveyor. All items are pre sprung to put the desired pressure on the pastry, for ploughing, cutting and crimping. The meat pump has the added advantage of being connected to a variable speed motor which is electronically controlled. Combine it with the variable speed motor fitted to the conveyor and you will get a perfect marrying up of pastry and filling.;
