• Introduction

The Bruton Big 'T' Modular Rotary Pie Machine is designed for maximum output with minimum setting time whilst utilising the minimum amount of floor space.

The Machines versatility and volume is what makes it unique. It has the capability of producing in hoops, foils, tins or plastic containers, ranging from 2in diameter (50mm) up to 8in diameter (203mm) and producing a large range of products such as pork pies, tart cases, quiches, etc.

• Maintenance

The Bruton Big 'T' Modular Rotary Pie Machine is easily accessible for main­tenance. Simple hood removal will give immediate access to the top of the machine and removal of the stainless steel inspection covers allow for simple maintenance to the back of the machine. All electrical and pneumatic parts can be obtained from local stockists.

• Die Change Over

With only two dies to change over the Big 'T' can be changed from one product to another within fifteen minutes. This can be carried out by the operators themselves with the minimum amount of training.

• Cleaning Down

Simply ensure the machine is electrically isolated and that the die-­heater sockets are attached to the parking adaptors (to avoid blowing the heaters). The machine can then be cleaned by hosing or any standard method.
