The Bruton Dough/Meat Divider is easily accessible for maintenance by simply removing the hopper, guard and divider front. On removal all the mechanical moving parts are accessible for inspection. ;

The remaining parts can be reached by the removal of the stainless steel back panel.;

• Cleaning Down;

Simply ensure the machine is electrically isolated. Remove the hopper guard and divider front. This will give access to the main drive rollers,which can be removed and cleaned by hosing or any standard method.;
